At Tiles Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your renovation project. If your tiles are not a perfect fit, you can return unused, full boxes of tiles within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific quantity of full, unopened boxes you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Shipment

  Securely pack the tiles on a pallet or in their original reinforced packaging to prevent breakage during transit, as we cannot refund damaged goods.

• 3.
  Arrange Transportation

  Ship the items back to our central warehouse using a tracked courier service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned tiles to ensure they are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
